Started out as a primary colors watercolor study and turned into a mixed media card.

I challenged my friend Pam to watercolor with me today.
If you are a Splitcoast Stamper member go leave her some love HERE.

We went to pinterest and searched for "primary colors" and "water coloring" and the result lead us to this eye with primary colored tears.

19 incredibly beautiful watercolor painting ideas. #11 eye filled with primary colored tears.

We each sketched our eyes and watercolored them. We listened to our art when it said "make us mixed media"  She added a stamped sentiment and sequins. I unashamedly stole those ideas from her. Or I should say "with her blessing " I borrowed her ideas.

The sentiment on mine is from STAMPlorations Trendy Butterflies.

The other stamping is from a retired STAMPlortions set called mini mixed media. I photocopied a page from my J encyclopedia that happened to be about JAZZ. I usually use the page from the encyclopedia but they have an aged look This time I didn't want the aged yellow look to detract from the watercoloring of the eye and tears.
