Mountain Plains Crafters first challenge

Ready for an inspiration Challenge? MOUNTAIN PLAINS CRAFTERS has their first challenge. I am very excited and honored to be part of this team of wonderful crafters. First challenge is to be inspired by a photo.
This photo was taken by my good friend Pam. Aren't these flowers gorgeous?

For my card I stamped 3 different flowers sets with the addition of the pussy willow. I painted them with acrylic paint. I splattered white paint over all the card and added gold embossing powder. I was going for a shabby - chic -mixed media effect. I really like how it turned out.

It was hard to get a photograph because it was a rainy day. But here are some close ups. So maybe you can see the details of the card.

Make sure you check out the Mountain Plains Crafters Blog to see what the other designers have done with the inspiration of the flower photo.
