This is a combination of 5 of this week's SCS challenges.
I started with today's F4A189 Autumn Textures Challenge
I first off thought of burlap and this new MFP image that will be release next week called FALL APPLES. I added texture also with the paper doily, the embossing and I put drywall tape on the little squares. I then decided to use the SC456. I had an extra bow that I made yesterday for the WT447 ribbon challenge that I thought would work with this card. The MIX36 challenge was a free for all as long as you used 2 or more mediums. I used markers on the apples. I also used prisma colored pencils. I used acrylic paints, gold on the embossed brown paper bag and cream on the white washed apples which brings me to the last challenge although not quite the faux White washed, because I did white wash it but it was inspired by the TLC449 challenge.
Really beautifully done. The detail gone in to this is amazing. I love how you do that gold paint over the ef and you're gonna make me go buy some drywall tape.
ReplyDeleteA labor of love. Your apples are so beautifully colored. Great dimension and super duper texture. You should win the prize...if there was one!
Love this MariLynn - the apples just jump off the page, and the texture behind them is amazing!
