Patriotic or Nautical? MPC challenge

We are having a challenge on MPC. Either make a Patriotic card or a Nautical one. Link it up on the MPC BLOG to win a fabulous prize from May Arts Ribbon. I went the Nautical route.

I used MFP sets called Sand dollar and Island Life. I also used ODB It is well with my soul. I water colored the images. I added cheesecloth, gray ribbon from May Arts Ribbon, that I cut and frayed the edges. I also added knotted twine. I finished it off with  Stella wink of gold for the light rays.

Make sure you check out the challenge HERE.

  1. What a wonderful card MariLynn - love the sky, it reminds me very much of the sunset we saw this evening as we drove home.
