This week on Splitcoaststampers, there was a tutorial for making a latch card. You can check it out HERE.
I used MFP set called BE A SHOW OFF.
I also used Unity's BEAUTIFUL ELEMENTS
And I used Lizzie Anne Designs - Little Bits
I stamped the peacock using Black Stazon ink. I water colored him and the background. I added glitter to the tail and head feathers. I also added drops of gold acrylic paint, and teal and blue sequins. I outlined the panels using a Sharpie gold metallic marker.
