Part of the STAMPlorations birthday month celebration,
is to CASE the STAMPgirls.
I normally don't CASE cards because I don't really like the results.
I try to, but my own style sneaks in and my card doesn't resemble
the card I tried to CASE. But I have decided in an attempt to broaden my style

I started with Sherry's card. I love the grungy look behind the butterflies.

On my card I used:

and

My card has more layers and I added a layer of cheesecloth.
I also wanted my butterflies to stand out so I added some
contrasting circles of cardstock behind them. I added brads in
the corner and made it into an easel card
with a piano keyboard
Gorgeous card and I love all the varied designs on it. Love the black and white too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great CASE MariLynn - I love how you have made your butterflies pop on the white circles, and doodled over the background design elements.
