STAMPlorations Typografia Romantique projects

MyThanks for joining us for the STAMPlorations release of TYPOGRAFIA ROMANTIQUE

I have three fun projects to share with you.

My first project was an easel card. I started with this
dp that was sitting on my desk.

I stamped the sentiment added used tea bags, handmade roses, a branch and a die cut heart. I added glitter to the die cut heart as well as the stamped hearts. To finish it off I added three little pearls.

Here is the set I used for this first card.

For my second project, I made a cute little bookmark. My daughter is a librarian and I am always making her bookmarks that she can give away to students at her library. I was going for a
Kilroy look alike.

I used CUTplorations Tag 'O Coffee die and cut out a tag. I stamped the sentiment onto the tag. I then die cut a large circle and small circle. out of peach cardstock. I also cut a heart out.
I cut the small circle in half to make his hands. I used a pen to draw lines on the hands and to make his smile. Then I glued the giant wiggle eyes down to the circle. I also glued the hands and the big circle to the tag. I made it look like he was holding the heart too.

I placed the eyes at an uneven level so that his face would have more expression.

This is the stamp set I used for this bookmark.

And this is the die I used for this bookmark.

My last project was probably my favorite of the three to make.
For this card I only used white cardstock.
I used ARTplorations stencil called Delicate Leaves.
I used two different crayola markers to trace the stencil onto the white
cardstock. I then ink spray smashed the panel and splattered ink
and stamped on of the silhouetted butterflies from
STAMPlorations Trendy Butterflies with distress ink.
I also used a retired STAMPlorations set called mini mixed media backgrounds to add the music notes.
I then stamped the sentiment and that is when the fun began.
I took white acrylic paint and added highlights to the sentiment. You could use a white gel pen and probably get the same look. The white highlights make it look like I hand lettered when all I did was add a little bit of white. This really cool typografia sentiment makes it so easy to look like a lettering professional.

  1. Love the textures and dimension on your first card! Great projects! The Typographia style sentiments have such an awesome look!

  2. Wonderful inspiration here! All three brilliant but your Kilroy bookmark is just so fun it has to be my favourite. Bet the kids love going to visit your daughter's library if they receive bookmarks like this.

  3. Love what you have done with the new stamps. Really like the designer paper on the first.

  4. Beautiful card--I like the paper and embellishments. Cute and funny tag design and I like how you created the background on the last one.

  5. Beautiful and inspiring, thank you for sharing!

  6. all are beautiful but the book mark is too cute :)

  7. These are such great projects--each so uniquely creative. The bookmark is utterly delightful--love it. tfs

  8. love your projects - they are so creative!!

  9. Wow!! They are all fabulous!! That first one is gorgeous and definitely fits the romantic theme of the stamp sets. And that bookmark is just too fun! The sentiment works perfectly with the little head "looking" at the owner. And the last one is beautiful! The highlights do make it look extra special.

  10. Wow! I love all 3 projects!
They are so different from each
    other-great way to show case
    the stamps!
