I am a butterfly aficionado. So I loved this stamp when I saw it. I stamped it with black stazon ink onto an encyclopedia page. The big butterfly kinda reminded me of a monarch butterfly although the wings are not quite the right shape to be a monarch. For each butterfly on this card I used 2 different colors of markers to watercolor.
I am not a big fan of the life choices Miley Cyrus is making these days, but I really liked her song Butterfly fly Away. That is what I was hearing in my head as I was making this card.
MariLynn this is gorgeous - love how you have used the stamp and the twine is a stand out accent without detracting from the image.
