If I don't have a lot to say here today it is because I had a busy weekend doing city wide clean up and then camping with the boyscouts. I wanted to at least get my card posted. I will try to come back later and let you know more about the card I made for the Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge. The SSIC challenge was to make a card with purple on it. I used a soon to be released image from Mark's Finest Papers called Bearded iris. I used Christ the Lord is Risen today as the base of my card.
Check out what my Stampin' Sisters in Christ have created.

Beautiful card! I really like that background and the flowers are colored so well! Hope you have a less-hectic week!
ReplyDeleteVery PRETTY Marilynn!! I love the colors you used and dimension of your flower--really pops against the music background (which is perfect for Resurrection holiday). Hope you get lots of R&R this weekend *Ü*
ReplyDeleteBeautifully designed card Marilynn. Love the hymn music background idea... finishes this card off perfectly. xx
ReplyDeleteLove your card with all the beautiful colour contrasts and texture - but most of all I am blessed to see my favourite hymn as the background!
