This card is using a new release stamp set at Mark's Finest Papers. It is a set called Nature's Brushstrokes. SCS has a Virtual Stamp Night. One of the rules of the stamp night is that the cards need to be made in 45 mins or less. Well, I almost made it with this card. I had the card done in 45 mins and then I decided I wanted to add glitter. End result was that it took longer than 45 mins, but I think it was worth the extra mins.I started with a piece of green designer paper. I used a stencil and cream colored acrylic paint. I sponged the paint over the stencil. I then splattered the paper with a toothbrush dipped in the same cream colored paint. I added drywall tape and butterflies using MFP Daffodil Greetings set. I stamped and masked the dandelion 3 times. I added green to the stems of the dandelions with prisma colored pencils. I added glue to the finished dandelions and added glitter. I was trying to use my heat gun to "dry" the glue so it would be done in the 45 mins. I got a little too close and the glue started to bubble. So I added more glue and purposely bubbled it with the heat gun because I think it added a really neat texture.

MariLynn, you make the most beautiful butterflies! Stunning card! I love the bubbled glitter & glue! What a cool look! MariLynn you should add this to the challenge! I read that there is a new change and that we now have an hour to create our card and it's ok if a technique takes a little longer. I really want to you to add this!!!! :)
