For my Panda card I decided to make his head wiggle. I made a spring, using a circle punch and a wire wrapped around the handle of a paint brush. The background was done doing faux silk technique. I used MFP set called Be Virtuous , I stamped the bamboo and the sentiments with black stazon onto white tissue paper. I then ink spray smashed the tissue paper. I placed it over a page from my encyclopedia. I used a page about the Metropolitan Opera. I think it makes a great background for my Panda.
Wonderful card MariLynn on a beautiful background!

ReplyDeleteFabulous! I thought when I first looked at your card that the background was canvas but after reading it's faux silk technique!!! I really need to try this technique again.
