let it SNOW quilled

This week's ways to use it challenge was to use Letters on our card. I saw some letters the other day on a card that were quilled. I didn't know how to do it, and just tried experimenting. It took forever. If there is an easier way I might do it again. This took several hours to make the letters. The snowflake in comparrison took only 30 mins. It is an ornament that the recipient can take off and hang on their tree.
