For the Plywood set, I decided to go mixed media. To mixed media is all about the texture. This plywood stamp gives the illusion of texture.I stamped it in two different shades of green. I then added white and purple acrylic paint and I made a sprig of lilac to go on top. The big circles on this card were made with a toilet paper roll and the little circles were made with a soda bottle cap.

I think this little guy needs to keep hanging on because he doesn't know what is underneath or how far he will all. I was going for a CAS look with this frog. Unfortunately I stamped him so far over it looked like he was hanging in space so I drew a tree with my ink pen but then the sentiment made the tree look too short so I added more squiggly lines and I really liked how it looked. I thought he needed googly eyes.

And here is the card I made yesterday called Time Machine Frog Quartet.

Check out what the rest of the design team has made with these sets.
